Return Policy & FAQ's

All Ruby Rue Sales are FINAL••No returns or exchanges, including any pre-orders & sales! Due to our growing business, item inventory can change quickly so for that reason, we are unable to guarantee that the item & size you need will be available once we receive your return. Therefore, we no longer accept returns or offer exchanges.

Pre-orders are just that, so you’ll be expected to pay upfront for item(s) and then we will ship once they arrive. We are always very clear & keep y’all updated when we are running a pre order so there’s no questions. Sometimes pre-orders do take longer than expected so please keep that in mind & be kind. Most of the time, it’s out of our hands. We aren’t trying to steal your money, we promise. And we’ll always ship ASAP, once they arrive.

All items are shipped in new condition and if a problem occurs, please contact us as soon as possible at shoprubyrue@yahoo.com. If items arrive defective, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order so we can correct the issue. If you fail to contact us within 2 days, it cannot be returned & will be considered normal wear & tear.

Items are mailed USPS {postal service}. YOU are responsible for the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact usps & file a claim. We will help you if you need it! Once the package leaves our store, and gets scanned in at USPS, it is now in USPS possession. We are NOT, I repeat, NOT responsible for anything that happens to your packages when they are in USPS possession. You have the option of checking out with USPS priority shipping which includes $50 insurance, and you can always pay for extra insurance while checking out, just in case, especially on those more expensive orders. Tracking will always be provided via your email and fb messenger, if you have it set up.

We now offer Route Shipping Insurance. For typically 1% of your cart total, you can click to add route shipping at checkout, and your cart now becomes insured once it leaves our facility & is USPS possession. Route will refund or re purchase any lost, stolen, or broken items. You can buy in confidence knowing your purchase is insured once it leaves our facility. If for whatever reason the order does not reach you, or it arrives damaged, or is stolen from your front porch, you can file a claim WITH ROUTE, not us & not USPS, and they will either refund or repurchase item(if item is still available). Once you purchase Route Shipping Insurance, you are emailed a confirmation with a link to file a claim. If you choose not to purchase Route Shipping Insurance at checkout, we will never responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. You will need to file a USPS claim. You have the option to insure your orders, so it is your choice to purchase it or not. We are not responsible if you choose not to. 

Shipping is based on weight. We weigh all of our items & figure shipping accordingly. CA sales tax will also be applied to CA residents. Ruby Rue prices are already AMAZING 😉 so we do charge for shipping! Please allow 3-5 days for us to ship your items. Some days/weeks are busier than others, so always allow 3-5 days to get it out the door. {CA Tax-7.25%}

We offer a Buy Now, Pay Later program on our website, known as Sezzle. This program allows you to buy now, we ship it to you now & you can pay 4 easy installments(over 6 weeks), interest free. You will see it as an option while checking out. There will always be a $40 minimum purchase for this program. If you do decide to use this program, you will need to create your account with them, then their site will re-direct you back to our site for check out. We encourage our customers to utilize this program for those larger purchases. We are not responsible for any sezzle account details. All sezzle questions & inquiries are provided on their website at www.sezzle.com. We encourage our customers to read their terms & conditions before utilizing this payment plan.
